Complete a Job Using the Mobile App

The RAM Job Management mobile app allows field teams to view assigned jobs, complete workflow forms and submit work back to the office for review.

Step 1: Sync Your Jobs

Sign in to the mobile app using your four-digit PIN or your email address and password.

Tap Sync to download your latest assigned jobs from the web dashboard.

To view your jobs, select Scheduled.

Once a job has been synced to your device, its status changes to In Progress on the web dashboard, allowing the office team to track progress.

Step 2: Open a Job

Select a job to view the information provided by the office, including:

  • Customer details.

  • Contact information.

  • Job notes.

  • Workflow forms.

All of this information is available within the app while you're working on site.

Step 3: Complete the Workflow Form

Open the workflow form attached to the job and complete each section.

Depending on how the form has been configured, you may be asked to:

  • Enter text or notes.

  • Upload photos.

  • Complete checklists.

  • Capture signatures.

Some fields may be mandatory and must be completed before the form can be submitted.

Once you've completed the form, add the required signature to sign off the work. Some jobs may require additional signatures.

Step 4: Finish the Job

After completing the workflow form, sync the app to upload your changes.

Once everything has synced successfully, mark the job as Finished.

The job will be removed from your schedule and its status will update on the web dashboard, notifying the office team that the work has been completed.

Review Completed Jobs

When a job is submitted from the mobile app, it moves to the Pending stage on the web dashboard.

This allows the office team to review the submitted information before the job is fully completed.

During this review, they can:

  • Check workflow responses.

  • Review uploaded images and documents.

  • Verify signatures.

  • Make amendments to workflow answers if required.

This additional review helps ensure all required information has been submitted correctly before the job is closed.

Once the review is complete, the job can be marked as Completed, creating a final record of the work carried out.
