If your tracker is hard wired in and you had it installed by our engineers then you will need your vehicle tracker to be moved to another vehicle. Please contact support.

For battery topped trackers, it's as simple as reversing the installation and will take no more than a couple of minutes to remove. You can find the installation information here

Please note: Moving the unit doesn’t mean you’ll lose your data. All your historical information will still be easily accessible and we’ll handle the change of vehicle details such as driver identity and registration.
