Vehicles showing incorrect time or time zone

Help to set the correct user time zone

If your user time zone is set incorrectly then the vehicles in the Tracking App will appear at the wrong time. You can correct this by logging in as an Admin user and selecting User Management from the right menu:

From here you can edit a user and change the time zone:

Please be aware that the ETC/GMT time zones are only included for legacy support and are not intended to be used. Please make sure you select a named time zone only.

Once you have made the change you may need to logout and back in for the new time zone to take effect
