With a view to improving our operational efficiency and enhancing the level of protection we provide to our drivers and other road users we have decided, in line with the actions of many of our business in light of recent changes to the Highway Code, to install a connected dash cam system in our fleet of commercial vehicles.

We will be using the footage to provide FNOL (First Notification of Loss) to our insurers in the case of an accident as well as providing footage proactively to authorities in the case of an accusation of a regulation breach. The capabilities of the RAM Tracking connected dash cam system are such that it will give us real time access to both forward and driver facing cameras and provide safety notifications and alerts to our office team.

The RAM Tracking connected camera system will be fitted to our fleet over the coming few weeks, with drivers and operatives being advised when it is operational.

Please note that anyone found having tampered with the installation may be subject to disciplinary action.
