Equipserv UK – the UK’s leading independent service, maintenance and repair provider for waste handling, recycling and backstage equipment, has been working with RAM Tracking to drive business efficiencies and improve their carbon footprint with an investment in automated vehicle tracking.

The automated system provides a complete picture of vehicle running costs and enables the business to reduce the amount of CO2 their vehicles are producing, increase productivity and ultimately reduce their carbon footprint.

Communication is a key element for Equipserv UK and the ability to provide customers accurate ETA’s, allocate and schedule jobs in real time, and divert engineers for emergency call-outs is paramount to the businesses approach to excellent customer service.

We’re delighted to be working with RAM Tracking and making this investment to ensure we are always delivering for our customers.

Our engineers are based throughout the whole of the UK to ensure our customer’s waste handling equipment is maintained and performing at maximum efficiency as well as responding to emergency call outs as quickly as possible to reduce equipment downtime.

We now have a complete view of our entire fleet’s activities from every vehicles whereabouts, through to speed and running costs, as well as the peace of mind the tracking offers us.

Thanks to RAM Tracking, we’ve increased our overall productivity and reduced our fuel consumption.
