Can I reduce our regular payments to RAM Tracking?

Usually, payments cannot be reduced whilst in the contractual period(s).

However, contact renewals team to see what we can do. It may be possible to re-contract your agreement on to longer terms. This may result in a slight reduction in value of your regular payments to RAM Tracking.

How do I cancel/terminate our RAM Tracking agreement?

We’re sorry you're think about leaving us! Cancellations during the contract term will require a settlement and terminations are processed subject to the relevant notice period as per our Ts&Cs.

If you would like to request a settlement figure, contact the finance team.

Please note: Always have your agreement number to hand when discussing your account with our support & finance teams.

Will I lose access to RAM Tracking features if I cancel?

If you request to cancel with time left in your billing period, you’ll continue to have access to RAM Tracking features until the end of your agreement as long as all additional payments are made.

If I cancel RAM Tracking, will I be charged?

Your RAM Tracking plan automatically renews. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you’ll continue to have access to RAM Tracking features until the end of your agreement. Remaining payments due must be paid up to the end of the agreement also.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge a default fee where payments are cancelled outside of the agreed Ts&Cs.
