My payment failed or didn't complete

When a payment fails or doesn’t go through, there are a number of possible reasons.

Check the following to see why your payment didn’t work. If you still need help, check with your bank or card provider for assistance.

Do you have sufficient funds?

Check your balance and make sure it’s enough to cover the payment.

Have you cancelled our Direct Debit mandate?

Check with your bank that you haven't cancelled the RAM Tracking direct debit.

If your payment for RAM Tracking failed

You won’t immediately lose your features. We'll make contact to resolve the issue, updating your payment details if necessary and retry the payment.

If your payments are still failing even after checking everything above, contact finance for assistance.
