Common Reasons for Payment Failure
Insufficient Funds - Check your account balance to make sure you have enough funds to cover the payment.
Cancelled Direct Debit - Check with your bank that you haven't cancelled the RAM Tracking Direct Debit mandate.
Card Issues - Your card may have expired, been blocked, or reached its spending limit. Contact your bank or card provider to check.
What Happens if Your Payment Fails?
You won't immediately lose access to your RAM Tracking features. We'll contact you to resolve the issue, which may include updating your payment details, and then retry the payment.
