What to Have Ready
When you contact support, please have the following information available:
Vehicle details including make, model, and registration
Your contact details and preferred contact method
Site address where the removal will take place
Alternative contact - if you want us to contact a different person for this service, have their contact details ready
Preferred dates and times for the engineer visit
Any scheduling restrictions - let us know if there are specific days or times when removal cannot take place
Scheduling
We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time range. If an engineer is available during your requested time, we'll confirm the appointment. If no engineer is available, we'll work with you to find another convenient time.
After Removal
Once the tracking unit is removed from your vehicle, you can keep the unit for future use. This doesn't affect the terms of your contract with RAM Tracking; you can reinstall the unit in another vehicle later if needed.
Important Reminder
Don't dispose of or sell your vehicle with the tracking unit still installed, as you'll be charged for a replacement unit. Always arrange removal first.
