Driver Behaviour Reports - Explained

Improve your drivers safety, save money and reward well behaved staff via our handy report. Here's our explanation and guide to create one.

The Speeding league report uses the events in each zone to assign points to the driver (as per the scoring system explained at the top of the report).

.2 or less, then they are deemed to be driving well.

.6 or above then it would need to be investigated further.

For the score to be a fair indication aim for at least 100 miles.

To find the report, once logged in click on 'History Reports' at the top of the screen.

Once this is open click on:

  1. 'Group Reports' at the top of the page.

  2. Select the drivers (or pre determined groups for ease) by clicking on the boxes next to the name.

  3. Select the date range

  4. Select how you like to receive the report: PDF, Excel, DOC (Word), HTML. Click on consolidated if you want all the drivers together

  5. Click on 'Driver Behaviour' button

  6. Select the emails you would like to have the report sent to.
