Every page of the tracking system has a question mark icon at the top.
On the Home Screen, you’ll also see a Get Help button.
Clicking either will open the help section.
You can search by keyword. For example, type in report to see all articles about reporting.
This makes it easy to find guidance on what you need.
Using the Chat Feature
If the help section doesn’t solve your issue, you can send a message.
This starts a chat bot that asks a few questions about your situation.
Your message is sent to our team for review.
If your case requires technical support, we aim to respond to new cases within 24 hours.
