How to create jobs within Job Assist

Create jobs to assign to your drivers

Creating jobs for your drivers is a simple process.

  1. Click on 'Job Assist'. This takes you to your jobs screen.

2. Click 'Add New Job'

3. Choose your template; either one you created or the default one we have created.

4. Fill out all of the fields to give your drivers as much relevant information as possible, then, scroll to the bottom to 'Quick Schedule' the job. Here you can assign it to a driver, on a certain date and time and the duration that the job will take.

At the bottom of the job sheet after all of the information is filled out, there is a reset and create job button, the create job button is highlighted

Alternatively, you don't have to assign it to a driver here, you can click 'Create Job' to assign it within the Calendar Planner.
