How to assign jobs to your drivers in Job Assist

The different ways you can assign jobs in Job Assist.

Assigning jobs to your drivers is simple and can be done in one of two ways.

  1. When you have filled out a template with the information for your driver scroll to the bottom of the page and you can simply 'Quick Schedule'.

    A job sheet within the Job Assist web-app - at the bottom there is the option to create a job.


    Just choose a driver, the date and time you want to schedule the job for as well as the duration of the job.

  2. If you click on 'Calendar Planner' you will see your calendar as well as any unscheduled jobs.

    Job Assist's calendar planner - it has all of the drivers names on there and an unscheduled job on the right hand side of the screen.


    3. You can drag-and-drop them into the calendar under any driver at any time to schedule the job for that driver.
