Looking to understand how checkpoints work and how to set up notifications? This article is for you!

Updated over 6 months ago

Checkpoints are a great way to see proof of attendance and calculate labour hours when invoicing clients. The system can be set up to also notify you of certain drivers as and when they submit checkpoints via their driver app.

  1. You can use the search function or scroll to find the driver in question. Once you have clicked on the driver, the data will populate showing:

  2. All the checkpoints made at the top right of the screen.

  3. Edit the driver details via the pen icon if you need to change these.

  4. Click on the checkpoint icon which will flip (4a below) where you can add emails of the relevant people that want to receive notifications for that driver selected.

  5. If you are looking for reports to be sent to you on the data collected, you can click on the report button highlighted.

Checkpoint Reports

If you are wanting to collate data on checkpoints (or any other report) you can:

6. Click on the drivers button which brings up (6a below) a selector to pick the drivers wanted in the report.

7. Once selected then select the checkpoints button and then

8. Date required which then populates the drivers in the list on the main section. You can choose from:

  • Standard view (shown)

  • Image view

  • Timesheet view

  • Map View

9. Simply click the Export PDF button and your report can be printed off.

10. Timesheet view allows you to download an Excel CSV file.
