Access Route Replay

There are multiple ways to view route replays of your journeys within RAM Tracking. This article covers the following topics:

Selected Vehicle

View routes on a map for one single vehicle.

How to get the route replay for a single vehicle within the RAM Tracking web-app

Important: Selected Vehicle is referring to the vehicle details within the selected row of the Live Grid at the bottom of the home screen.

To run selected vehicle route replay, follow these steps:

  1. From the Route Replay tab in the navigation bar, click Selected Vehicle.

  2. From the area on the left-hand side of the screen choose the date range to retrieve journeys from (up to 2 weeks at a time).

  3. From the generated list choose a journey of your choice to replay by double-clicking on the start and end time from within the grouped days.

  4. The journey will be plotted on the map with small multi-coloured icons. We call these breadcrumbs and they represent the route taken by the driver. If you hover over each breadcrumb a pop-up appears with that event's specific data.

Multiple Vehicles

View a group of drivers routes on a map side by side.

To run multiple vehicle route replay, follow these steps:

  1. From the Route Replay tab in the navigation bar, click Multiple Vehicles.

  2. On the left hand side of the screen select the date and start time of the 24 hour period you'd like to review.

  3. Using the checkboxes choose the vehicles/drivers you'd like to generate route replay for.

  4. As you add more or less drivers the map will be populated and depopulated with the respective journey breadcrumbs. Similarly to the Selected Vehicle route replay option if you hover over each breadcrumb a pop-up appears with that events specific data.
