How to Use Route Replay

See your drivers’ past trips and review routes in RAM Tracking.

Route Replay shows you exactly where your vehicles have been and what routes they took. It's perfect for checking journeys, verifying visits, or understanding vehicle movements.

Finding Route Replay

Click Route Replay in the top menu of your RAM Tracking portal home screen.

Single Vehicle Route Replay

Step 1: Select Your Vehicle

  1. Choose Selected Vehicle option

  2. Pick a vehicle from the list at the bottom

  3. A control bar appears on the left side

Step 2: Get Journey Data

  1. Change the date range if needed

  2. Click Retrieve Journeys

  3. The system shows all days when the vehicle moved

Step 3: View Routes

You have two options:

See Individual Journeys

  • Click on any day to see all journeys made that day

  • Double-click on a specific journey to see its exact path

See Full Day Movement

  • Double-click on any day to see all vehicle movements for that entire day

Multiple Vehicle Route Replay

Choose Multiple Vehicles to:

  • Select several vehicles at once

  • See a 24-hour route replay for all selected vehicles

  • Compare movements across your fleet

When to Use Route Replay

Route Replay is useful for checking completed work and verifying that drivers visited all planned locations.

You can investigate issues by seeing exactly where problems occurred, analyse route efficiency to find improvements, and confirm visits to prove to customers that work was completed.

  • Start with a single vehicle to understand the feature

  • Use date ranges to focus on specific time periods

  • Double-click for detailed views

  • Multiple vehicle views are great for comparing team performance
