Our Live Map lets you see exactly where your vehicles are in real time.
Watch the video below as Jamie from our support team explains how it works.
What the Live Map Shows
The live map displays all your vehicles on screen.
Each vehicle is colour-coded to show its current status:
Stopped or stationary
Idling
On the move
Click on a vehicle to see more details, such as its location and the last signal received.
Customising Your Map View
You can control what you see on the map:
Turn vehicle labels on or off.
Choose what the labels show; for example, the driver’s name instead of the vehicle alias.
Use the car icon at the bottom to adjust display settings.
Using Clustering
If you have vehicles in different areas, the clustering feature helps keep your map clear.
When you zoom out, vehicles in the same area will group together.
Click on the cluster to see which vehicles are included.
This is especially useful if your vehicles are spread across the country or different branches.
Map Layers and Styles
You can switch between different map types:
Google Satellite View
Google Maps View
Google Maps with live traffic data (green = free flow, yellow/red = congestion)
OpenStreetMap style
You can also overlay congestion zones and geofencing zones to get a clearer picture of where your vehicles are operating.
Right-Click Map Options
Right-click anywhere on the map to bring up extra tools. You can:
Open Google Street View to see the area your vehicle is in.
Find the nearest vehicle to a specific location, great for quick dispatch decisions.
Get directions via Google Maps from your current location.
Create a geofence around that spot instantly, taking you straight to the Geofences page.
Summary
The Live Map gives you full visibility and control over your fleet in real time.
Customise it to suit your needs, monitor traffic and activity, and make faster decisions on the go.
