A video alert is automatically created for users in your organisation who have been set as a recipient.
Enable video alerts
To enable video alerts:
Go to Settings.
Check the Enable impact alerts checkbox.
When you have made all the required changes, choose Save.
If you are receiving too many notifications or you want other people to receive them, you can update the video alert settings.
To do this, follow these steps:
Go to Settings.
In the Settings tab, select/deselect recipients accordingly from the recipients drop down.
Update video alert recipients
By default, the admin user will receive alert notifications.
These notifications are sent by notification within RAM Live and by email.
Admins can select the users who will receive the alerts and how they will receive them. Do the following:
Choose Settings
In the recipient dropdown, make your selections and choose Save. You can also send a copy of the alert to the driver from here
Disable video alerts
To disable video alerts:
Uncheck the Enable impact alerts checkbox
When you have made all the required changes, choose Save.
If you’re not receiving alerts, check with your admin that you are on the recipient list.
