Can I Reduce My Regular Payments?
Usually, payments cannot be reduced during your contract period. However, our renewals team may be able to help by re-contracting your agreement with longer terms, which could result in a slight reduction in your regular payments.

How Do I Cancel My RAM Tracking Agreement?
We're sorry you're thinking about leaving us. Cancellations during your contract term will require a settlement payment, and terminations are processed according to the notice period specified in our Terms & Conditions.
To request a settlement figure, contact our support team.
Important: Always have your agreement number ready when discussing your account with our support team.
Will I Lose Access if I Cancel?
If you cancel with time remaining in your billing period, you'll continue to have access to all RAM Tracking features until the end of your current agreement, provided all payments are kept up to date.
Will I Be Charged if I Cancel?
Your RAM Tracking plan automatically renews. If you cancel during your billing period, you'll need to pay all remaining payments due up to the end of your current agreement period.
Please note: We reserve the right to charge a default fee if payments are cancelled outside of the agreed Terms & Conditions.
