Finding Reports
Go to History Reports in the top menu to access all available reports.
Exploring Report Types

Generating a Single Report
Select a vehicle from the left side
Choose the type of report you want
Click to generate
Example: Travel Report
A travel report shows every time the ignition started and stopped, with journey statistics at the bottom. Most reports include stats and graph breakdowns for easy analysis.
Report Options
Summary Reports
These condense information from multiple vehicles into a single report, making it easy to see fleet-wide data at a glance.
Financial Reports
These are variations of standard reports that include cost calculations. They use the man-hour costs and running costs you can set up in Vehicles > Vehicle Settings.
One-Time Email Reports
You can generate multiple reports at once and have them sent to an email address:
Choose your vehicles
Add your email in the "one-time email" field
Or add it as a default email in General Settings
This works for both standard and financial reports.
Scheduled Reporting
Setting Up Automatic Reports
If you regularly need the same reports (like weekly travel or speed analysis reports):
Go to RAM Evolution
Select Scheduled Reporting
Click Add New Schedule
Configure Your Schedule
Name: Give your schedule a clear name
Report Type: Choose which report you want
Vehicles: Select which vehicles to include
Frequency: Set how often you want it delivered
Recipients: Add up to three email addresses
Why Use Scheduled Reports?
Scheduled reports save you time by automatically delivering the information you need most. Instead of manually generating the same reports every week, you can set them up once and receive them regularly in your inbox.
Reports help you understand your fleet's performance and identify areas for improvement. Scheduled reporting makes this monitoring effortless and consistent.
