The Reports section gives you detailed insights into your fleet’s activity.
Watch the video below as Jamie explains how to view, download, and schedule reports.

Accessing Reports

When you go into the Reports menu, you can easily access and download your tracking data.

To create a report:

  1. Choose the date range you want to view.

  2. Select one or more vehicles to include.

  3. Decide if you’d like a summary report for multiple vehicles or one per vehicle.

  4. If you’ve set up financial data in the asset settings (like man hours or running costs), you can include that too.

  5. Pick the report type: each option has a short description explaining what it shows.

  6. Choose your file format (such as PDF or Excel).

  7. Click Create.

Your report will appear in a pop-up window. You can download it to save offline.

Scheduling Reports

You can also schedule reports to be automatically sent to your email.

To set up a scheduled report:

  1. Go to Scheduled Reports on the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Create at the bottom.

  3. Give your report a name for easy reference.

  4. Choose the report type, for example, Travel Report.

  5. Select which vehicles to include.

  6. Choose how often it should be delivered, daily, weekly, or monthly.

  7. Pick the day and time you want it to be sent.

  8. Set how many days of data it should cover (for weekly reports, select 7 days).

  9. Click Create to finish.

Once saved, your reports will automatically arrive in your inbox, usually around 9 a.m. on the chosen day.
You can create as many schedules as you need.

Summary

Reports help you track your vehicles’ performance, journeys, and costs.
