Interactive Reports give you the most detailed information possible about any journey. They're perfect for investigating incidents, handling complaints, or getting complete journey details.

When to Use Interactive Reports

Interactive Reports are particularly useful when you need maximum detail about a journey. Common situations include:

  • A member of the public has reported one of your drivers

  • A customer has made a complaint about driving behaviour

  • You need to investigate a specific incident

  • You want complete activity data from a particular day

Accessing Interactive Reports

  1. Go to RAM Evolution in the top menu

  2. Select Interactive Report

  3. Your screen splits in half to show the report interface

How Interactive Reports Work

Step 1: Select Your Vehicle

Choose a vehicle from the list at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Request the Report

Click to generate the report. Initially, it looks like a standard travel report, showing when the ignition was turned on (green) and off (red).

Step 3: Explore Journey Details

You can interact with the data in several ways:

  • View Routes: Click on any journey to plot the route on the map, showing exactly where the vehicle travelled.

  • Show Details: Click the "Show Details" button to see every signal received from the tracker during that journey.

Investigating Incidents

Example: Dangerous Driving Report

If someone reports dangerous driving, you can:

  1. Look for driving events in the detailed data

  2. Find specific incidents (like harsh cornering events)

  3. Select the event to zoom to the exact location

  4. See precisely where the incident occurred

Making Informed Decisions

With this detailed information, you can determine whether:

  • The reported incident is valid and needs addressing

  • The complaint may be an over-exaggeration

  • Additional driver training is needed

  • The driver's behaviour was actually acceptable
