Adding & Editing Users

Learn how to create new tracking users or edit existing user details and permissions in RAM Tracking.

Need to give someone access to your RAM Tracking system? This guide will walk you through adding new users to your interface step by step.

Before You Start

To add new users, you must have Admin or Super Admin permissions. If you don't see "User Management" in your dropdown menu, you don't have the required permissions.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access User Management

    • Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the interface

    • Select "User Management" from the dropdown menu

  2. Create a New User

    • Click "Create User"

    • Complete all required fields in the form

    • Important: Ensure the username and email address match to enable proper notifications

  3. Save the New User

    • Review your entries

    • Click "Create New User" to complete the process

Editing Existing Users

To modify an existing user's details, follow the same steps above but select "Edit User" instead of "Create User" in step 2.

Troubleshooting

Can't see User Management option? This means you don't have Admin or Super Admin permissions. Contact your system administrator to request the appropriate access level.
