You can now quickly and easily access your invoices directly from the system rather than requesting them from the finance team😊. Historically we will aim to backdate the invoices however if the system won't give you access you can still request older invoices via the existing method and here is how to find them.

1. Log in to your account as an Admin or Super Admin user and look for the face icon in the top right of the screen.

2. Go down to the "Account Portal" option and this will open up the invoicing section.

3. Click on the download button to the right of the invoice and it will download onto your device.

4. If there is an error with the older invoices click on the link named "clicking here" on this page to follow and create a case for finance to deal with.
