1. Select 'Vehicles' on the left hand side.

2. Then select the vehicle that is online from the search bar if you know the details.

3. A list of active vehicles is also present underneath the search bar but if there are many vehicles in the fleet, it's easy to use the search bar.

4. Go To 'Calendar View' on the left hand side.

5. The preselected vehicle will show a list of video recording and their respective dates and times. (You can still edit the vehicle chosen from the drop down too).

6. Select the date and time of choice.

7. Select the camera view.

8. Option to choose a set time from the start of the recording

9. The prepopulated date can also be edited to another choice if desired. Then click the 'Submit' button at the bottom right of the highlighted box.
